For the purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Client" means any individual or entity engaging our investment consulting services
• "Consultation" means scheduled meetings for investment advice and financial planning guidance

Service Description

Oprelvianhub provides professional investment consulting services including portfolio analysis, financial planning, investment strategy development, and ongoing advisory support. Services are delivered through scheduled consultations with certified investment professionals at hourly rates ranging from $100 to $500 based on complexity and advisor expertise.

All services are provided subject to regulatory requirements and professional standards applicable in South Africa.

Client Eligibility

Investment consulting services are available to individuals and entities meeting legal requirements for receiving financial advice in South Africa. Clients must provide accurate financial information and possess legal capacity to enter into advisory relationships.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our investment consulting services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information for analysis and recommendations
• Pay consultation fees according to agreed terms and scheduled payment arrangements
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary investment strategies and recommendations received
• Notify us promptly of material changes in financial circumstances affecting investment advice

Prohibited Uses

Clients are prohibited from:

• Sharing proprietary investment recommendations with unauthorized third parties
• Using our services for illegal activities or regulatory violations
• Misrepresenting financial information or investment objectives during consultations
• Recording consultations without explicit written consent from Oprelvianhub

Intellectual Property

All investment research, analytical tools, methodologies, and proprietary content used in our consulting services remain the intellectual property of Oprelvianhub. Clients receive non-exclusive rights to use recommendations for their personal investment decisions only.

Payment Terms and Fees

Consultation fees are charged hourly at rates from $100 to $500 depending on service complexity and advisor expertise. Payment is due within 30 days of consultation completion. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not delivered as agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Oprelvianhub against claims arising from their investment decisions or misrepresentation of financial information during consulting sessions. This indemnification extends to losses resulting from client failure to disclose material information relevant to investment recommendations.

Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with reasonable notice. Termination does not affect obligations for services already provided or fees due for completed consultations.

Upon termination, clients retain access to recommendations received but must cease use of proprietary methodologies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts and relevant financial services regulations.

Terms Modification

Oprelvianhub reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to existing clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
